Changing Design/Proof
If you have not purchased/paid for your item you may change the design at any time. Simply reply to the email you received with proof or use contact form. Do not call 1-800 number - they handle purchases and returns not design issues.

Changing an Order after Purchasing
If you need to cancel your order, please call 1-877-809-1659 with order info. If your order has not yet been processed you may cancel it.

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To modify an order, call 1-877-809-1659.

Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-877-809-1659 during our customer service hours of Monday - Saturday, 9am to 9pm EST. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name (such as White T-shirt).
